Our Story
Theorist Coffee & Brunch was born from a simple idea: create a space where people could enjoy exceptional coffee, delicious food, and engage with ideas. Founded in 2018, we set out to build more than just a coffee shop—we wanted to create a community hub for thinkers, readers, and food enthusiasts alike.
Our name "Theorist" reflects our belief that great conversations and new ideas often emerge over a cup of coffee. We've designed our space to encourage both quiet contemplation and lively discussion, with books lining our walls and comfortable seating throughout.
What started as a small coffee counter has grown into a beloved neighborhood destination, but our core values remain the same: quality, community, and curiosity.
Our Coffee
We take coffee seriously at Theorist. Our beans are ethically sourced from small-scale farmers around the world and roasted in small batches to ensure peak flavor and freshness.
Our baristas are trained in the art and science of coffee preparation, from perfecting espresso extraction to creating latte art. We believe that every cup should be a thoughtful experience, which is why we offer a variety of brewing methods including espresso, pour over, and cold brew.
We rotate our coffee selection regularly, featuring both our signature house blend and single-origin offerings that highlight the unique characteristics of different growing regions.
Our Food
